The visitor reaches your lander but the call to action does nothing, sends everyone to the same place, or leaves the page without recording anything. Nearly all of these come down to the click URL on the lander — what the CTA links to, and whether the lander script is present.

The CTA must use the ClickFlare click URL

A lander is not linked directly to the offer. Its CTA points at a ClickFlare click URL, which records the click and then forwards the visitor to whichever offer the flow selects.
If the CTA links straight to the offer URL, the visitor still arrives and may still convert — but ClickFlare never sees the click, and the conversion has nothing to attach to. This is the most common lander mistake.
Copy the click URL from the campaign or flow and put it on the CTA. See How to Add a Lander.

Every CTA goes to the same offer

Expected behaviour if the lander was set up with one CTA but has several buttons. ClickFlare issues a separate click URL per CTA. Declaring one CTA and reusing its URL across five buttons makes all five behave as the same one. If your buttons should lead to different offers, declare the number of CTAs on the lander and use each URL once. See Multiple Offers Landing Page Setup.

The CTA does nothing at all

Direct tracking landers need the ClickFlare script. Without it the click URL has no session to attach to and the click fails.Check the live page source, not your editor — page builders frequently strip scripts on publish, and caching plugins serve an older version.See Implementing Direct Tracking in ClickFlare.
Placement is specified per script: some belong immediately after the opening <head> tag, others just before the closing </body> tag. A script in the wrong position may not run before the visitor clicks.
A click URL with no offer behind it has nowhere to send the visitor. Confirm the path has a destination and that the offer is not archived.See Campaign’s Path Destination to Landers & Offers.

The offer opens but nothing is tracked

The click registered and the redirect worked, but the conversion later has no data. That is the click ID not reaching the network — a different problem entirely. See Conversions not showing.

Multi-step and listicle landers

Funnels with several pages need the click URL on each step that moves the visitor forward, not only on the last one. A missing URL mid-funnel breaks the chain from that point on. See Multi-Step Landing Pages Setup and Listicle Landing Page Setup.
