Why not just use Meta, Google Ads or Taboola directly?

Because you already make the call in ClickFlare, with numbers you trust. Ads Manager puts the controls on that same row.

Four moves. One screen.

Your whole morning check, without leaving ClickFlare.
01

Find the leak.

Sort by spend. The money-losers float to the top, with profit and ROI right next to them. Drill into ad sets and ads to see exactly what's bleeding.
  1. Your Meta campaigns, with real profit on every row.
  2. Sort by spend. The biggest budgets rise to the top.
  3. Found it: $451 spent, $81 lost. That's the leak.
02

Kill it. Now.

One switch and it's paused on the platform, before you'd have found the login page. Losers in bulk? Select them all and hit Pause once.
  1. The leak keeps spending while you hunt for it.
  2. One click on the switch pauses it on Meta.
  3. Spend stops. The change is saved in your logs.
03

Feed the winners.

+20% on every winner in one move, or base it on CPA, revenue or profit. See every new budget before it ships. Nothing goes live by accident.
  1. Select the campaigns with the best ROI.
  2. Raise all three by 20%. Preview the new budgets.
  3. Apply. All three update on Meta at once.
04

Cut the junk placements.

Open any campaign's site report on Taboola or publisher report on Outbrain, sort by ROI and block the placements that never convert. One switch each.
  1. The campaign's site report, worst ROI first.
  2. Block a site that never converts. One switch.
  3. Blocked. $42.95 a day stops going to dead sites.
Built for teams

Hand it to the whole team. Nothing breaks.

Ads Manager follows the same rules as your tracker, and nothing goes live without a confirm.

Same permissions as the tracker

Everyone sees and changes only what they can already see in ClickFlare. Campaigns stay isolated by workspace.

Every change is logged

Pauses, budget and bid changes are all recorded in the logs, so there's never a mystery edit.

Preview before it ships

Bulk budget changes show every new value in the table first. Nothing reaches the platform until you confirm.

No caps, no limits

Pause 200 campaigns in one go if you need to. Bulk actions have no caps or rate limits.
Try it on your own campaigns.

My buyers live in ClickFlare. Every time they had to jump into an ad platform to make a change, we lost time and focus. With Ads Manager they don't leave anymore, and decisions turn into action straight away.

"In Ads Manager the data looked clean from day one, so that's where we work now. We turn campaigns on and off and scale budgets throughout the day, right next to numbers we trust."

Questions, answered.

Do I need to set anything up?

No. If your ad platform is already connected to ClickFlare, your campaigns are already in Ads Manager. Open it from the left menu.

Why do I need to reconnect a platform, and does it affect my tracking?

Seeing your campaigns works with the connection you already have. Making changes, like pausing a campaign or editing a budget, needs one extra permission, so the first time you make a change on a platform you reconnect it once and approve. It only adds that permission: your tracking and reports stay exactly as they are.

Can someone on my team break something?

No. Ads Manager follows the same permissions as your tracker: everyone sees and changes only what they could already see in ClickFlare, and campaigns stay isolated by workspace. Every pause, budget and bid change is recorded in the logs. Bulk budget changes are previewed in the table first, and nothing is sent to the platform until you confirm.

How fresh is the data?

As fresh as your account's sync. With the 5-minute or 15-minute add-on, Ads Manager refreshes that often. Otherwise it updates every 30 or 60 minutes, depending on your plan.

Can I undo a change?

There's no one-click undo. Anything you pause you can turn back on, and any budget or bid can be set back to its old value. That's why bulk budget changes show the old and new values side by side before you confirm.

Why don't my numbers match the ad platform's?

Revenue, conversions and profit in Ads Manager come from ClickFlare's tracking, the same numbers as in your ClickFlare reports. Ad platforms attribute conversions their own way, so their numbers can differ. For spend, check that the date range and timezone match the ones you use on the platform.

Which platforms are supported?

Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, NewsBreak, Whop, Taboola, Outbrain, RevContent and MediaGo. Running something else? Open its tab in Ads Manager and join the waitlist. The most requested platforms are built first.

How much does it cost?

Nothing during the rollout. Ads Manager is free on every ClickFlare plan, with no limits. It will become a paid feature later, and we'll announce pricing well in advance.
