Adcash campaigns, reported back goal by goal

The Adcash template captures the click ID, the cost of each visit and 10 details such as zone, supply source and country. ClickFlare posts each conversion with its payout to the Adcash goal you choose, so goal verification, CPA targeting and your reports line up.

From Adcash click to a verified goal

Adcash opens your campaign URL with its click ID in clickid and the cost in redirection_cost. ClickFlare stores both, then sends the visitor on. On conversion, ClickFlare sends the click ID as cid and the payout as value to your goal.
  • Adcash macros use square brackets
  • One Adcash goal per event, one postback per goal
  • Verify Tracking runs a test before real traffic

Setup

Connected in four steps

You need an Adcash account with Tracking access, a goal's advertiser ID and goal ID, your own tracking domain and an offer in ClickFlare.
  1. Add the Adcash traffic source In the campaign editor, click + New Traffic Source and pick the Adcash template. It fills in the click ID, cost and all 10 tracking fields.
  2. Create a goal and fill in its IDs In Adcash, go to Tracking → Goals, create an S2S goal and click Get tracking code. Copy the advertiser ID and goal ID into the template's postback in place of the two REPLACE_ values.
  3. Copy the campaign URL Set the cost model to Not Tracked so ClickFlare reads the cost from the URL. Add your offer, save and copy the campaign URL from your own domain.
  4. Launch and verify the goal Paste the URL as the creative's destination URL and pick the goal for CPA campaigns. Click Verify Tracking on the goal, convert once and check Logs → Postback Status.

Use cases

How media buyers run it

Adcash pop-under → offer

Pop-under to offer

Group by zone and supply source and cut the ones whose cost per visit outruns their payout.

Lead and sale as two goals

Create a lead goal and a sale goal in Adcash, then map each postback to its own ClickFlare custom conversion.

CPA-target campaigns

Verify the goal with a test conversion first. Adcash then buys on the conversions ClickFlare posts, with payout in value.
