BidVertiser subids,ranked by real revenue

ClickFlare's BidVertiser template passes the click ID, your bid as cost, and the subid, keyword, campaign and country on every click. Conversions go back through BidVertiser's Global Postback with the payout as revenue, so its stats and Auto-Optimization match your ClickFlare numbers.

Bid cost per click

Turn BidVertiser subids into bid decisions

Subid-level ROI

BV_SRCID lands in its own column. Use it with BidVertiser's Subid Report, Blacklist Subids and Bid Override to block or rebid placements.

Revenue in BidVertiser stats

The postback sends revenue={payout}, so BidVertiser shows cost per conversion and runs Auto-Optimization against your ROI goals.

Cost without manual entry

The template passes your campaign bid in BV_BID. With the Not Tracked cost model, ClickFlare records it on each visit.

One Global Postback for every BidVertiser campaign

BidVertiser fills {BV_CLICKID} into CLICKID on the click. ClickFlare stores it as the External ID. On conversion, ClickFlare fires the Global Postback with that click ID, your account ID and the payout as revenue.
  • Same CLICKID name, different values each side
  • AID comes from BidVertiser's Global Postback page
  • Send revenue in USD

Connected in four steps

You need a BidVertiser account with Global Postback activated, a ClickFlare account with your own tracking domain, and an offer.
  1. Get your AID from BidVertiser In BidVertiser, open Campaign → Global Postback and activate it. Copy the value of AID from the postback code it shows.
  2. Add the BidVertiser traffic source In the campaign editor, click + New Traffic Source and pick the BidVertiser template. Turn on Traffic source postback URL and replace [REPLACE], brackets included, with your AID.
  3. Finish the campaign Set the Cost Model to Not Tracked so ClickFlare uses the bid from the URL. Add your lander and offer, save, and copy the campaign URL from your own tracking domain.
  4. Paste the URL in BidVertiser Create the campaign and ad in BidVertiser and paste the ClickFlare campaign URL as the destination URL. Launch on a low budget and check Logs → Postback Status.

Use cases

How media buyers run it

Popunder → offer

Run BidVertiser popunders to an offer, sort subids by ROI in ClickFlare, then blacklist losers and use Bid Override on winners.

Push → lander → offer

Send push traffic to a lander, link the CTA to the ClickFlare click URL, and let BidVertiser Auto-Optimization learn from the revenue you post back.

Recovering missed conversions

Export External IDs of conversions the postback missed and add them in BidVertiser's Conversions Upload, one click ID and revenue per line.
