Two parameters that make ExplorAds tracking work

clid={cf_click_id} tells ExplorAds which click to report, and utm_campaign={campaign_id} ties revenue to the campaign. ExplorAds fires the postback in real time, and ClickFlare pulls revenue every hour for 3 days.
  • clid carries the ClickFlare click ID
  • utm_campaign returns in param10
  • Set ClickFlare to PST to match ExplorAds

Connected in four steps

You need an active ExplorAds account with its email and password, and a ClickFlare account.
  1. Add the ExplorAds (New) integration Open Integrations and click Add Integration under RSOC. Pick the ExplorAds (New) template, name it, click + Connect Account and enter the account name, email and password.
  2. Choose a custom conversion Pick the custom conversion for ExplorAds data and save. There is no sub ID to select, since ExplorAds always uses clid.
  3. Build the offer URL Start from the Facebook or Google Ads template. Keep utm_campaign={campaign_id} and clid={cf_click_id} in every URL, and select EUR at the offer level.
  4. Add the postback in ExplorAds Add the ClickFlare postback in ExplorAds for real-time conversions. It returns the click ID, a timestamp as txid and utm_campaign in param10.
