Galaksion zones,judged on real conversions

ClickFlare reads Galaksion's click ID, cost, zone, campaign and creative from the campaign URL. Each conversion goes back to postback.report by S2S with the campaign ID and click ID, so Galaksion's CPA buying and CPA Goal tool count the conversions you track.

Cost per click

Give Galaksion's CPA Goal the conversions it needs

Zones you can exclude

The Source row carries the zone ID. Group by it to see which Galaksion zones convert and which to exclude from your campaigns.

CPA Goal gets real data

CPA buying and CPA Goal both run on the conversions Galaksion receives. The postback sends the event you choose, such as a first deposit.

Cost recorded per click

The template passes {cost} on each click. With Cost Model set to Not Tracked, ROI per zone and creative uses that figure.

Click ID and campaign ID, sent back together

Galaksion fills the click ID and campaign ID on the click. ClickFlare stores them, then calls postback.report with the campaign ID in cid and the click ID in click_id when the offer converts.
  • cid carries {trackingField2}, the campaign ID
  • Use a fixed cid if your account shows one
  • Check macro spelling after the first clicks

Connected in four steps

You need a Galaksion advertiser account, a ClickFlare offer that posts conversions back, and your own tracking domain.
  1. Create the Galaksion traffic source In a new campaign, click + New Traffic Source and pick the Galaksion template. Check the click ID macro against the list Galaksion shows when you create a campaign.
  2. Compare the postback In Galaksion, click Postback on the Campaigns page. Turn on Traffic source postback URL in ClickFlare and compare. Keep any extra parameters, and use a fixed cid if shown.
  3. Launch the campaign Set Cost Model to Not Tracked, or CPA for CPA buying. Paste the campaign URL into Galaksion's Link field and start once moderation approves it.
  4. Check the first clicks Group by Source for real zone IDs and check each visit's External ID. After a conversion, Logs → Postback Status should show real values in cid and click_id.
