Meta Ads conversions and cost,in one ClickFlare report

ClickFlare sends the conversions it tracks to Meta Ads through Meta's Conversion API, mapped to standard or custom Meta events. A separate cost integration pulls spend for your campaigns, ad sets and ads from every ad account you select, so ROI sits next to each conversion.

Feed Meta the conversions its pixel misses

Signal that survives iOS limits

Apple's ATT framework cut what browser pixels can see. The Conversion API reports conversions from ClickFlare, so Meta's algorithm gets the events it was missing.

Payouts Meta can optimize on

Map conversions that carry a payout to Meta events that hold a value, such as Purchase or Subscription, so the value reaches Meta with the event.

Cost from every ad account

One integration per Business Account covers several ad accounts. ClickFlare works out which campaigns each cost belongs to on its own.

How ClickFlare reports to Meta and pulls spend

Each tracked conversion goes to your Meta pixel as the event you mapped it to, with the default fields plus any extra data you add. The cost integration reads the ad accounts you select and assigns spend to campaigns, ad sets and ads.
  • Event Type Mapping to standard or custom events
  • Grayed-out fields are sent by default

Setup

Connected in four steps

You need a Meta (Facebook) Ads account, a Meta Pixel ID with a Conversion API access token, and a ClickFlare account.
  1. Get your Pixel ID and access token In Business Settings, open Data Sources → Pixels, pick your pixel and open it in Events Manager. Copy the Pixel ID from Settings, then click Generate access token under Conversion API → Set up manually.
  2. Add the Facebook Conversion API In ClickFlare, go to Integrations → Conversion API Integrations, add Facebook and click Add a new Pixel. Paste the Pixel ID and token, then choose the Action Source, such as Website.
  3. Map events and event data Map ClickFlare events to Meta standard or custom events. Add extra fields under Event Data Configuration, map Meta's manual event ID to {{clickid_txid_ct}}, and save.
  4. Connect Meta cost Under Cost Integrations, add Facebook, sign in with Facebook and pick the ad accounts. Then select the integration on your traffic source configuration, or costs won't be pulled.

Use cases

How media buyers run it

Meta → lander → affiliate offer

Send the network's sale to Meta as Purchase with its payout, so Meta's algorithm learns from buyers and you judge each ad on ROI.

Meta → article → search feed

Use ClickFlare's Facebook - Search Arb template, which also captures the article title, and report the feed conversion back through the Conversion API.

Several ad accounts, one view

Select multiple ad accounts in one cost integration and compare spend and ROI across all of them in ClickFlare.
