PropellerAds Onclick traffic, judged zone by zone

The PropellerAds Pop template captures the click ID from ${SUBID}, the cost of each visit and 10 details such as zone, banner and ISP. ClickFlare posts every conversion back to PropellerAds with its payout, so CPA Goal bidding and your reports agree.

Know which PropellerAds zones pay before you scale

Blacklist zones on real revenue

zoneid lands in its own column, so you see which publisher zones convert and can block or bid up zones in PropellerAds.

Feed CPA Goal the right event

The postback sends payout with each conversion. Only the main postback drives CPA Goal, so map it to the event you want PropellerAds to buy.

Cost per visit, no API

PropellerAds fills cost={cost} on every visit and ClickFlare records it, so ROI per zone is ready without a cost upload.

From popunder click to PropellerAds goal

PropellerAds opens your campaign URL and fills its macros. ClickFlare stores visitor_id as the External ID, then sends the visitor on. When the offer converts, ClickFlare fires the PropellerAds postback with that ID and the payout.
  • visitor_id=${SUBID} captures the click ID
  • Up to 3 conversion levels with goal=2 and goal=3

Connected in four steps

You need a PropellerAds advertiser account with its aid and tid, your own tracking domain and an offer in ClickFlare.
  1. Add the PropellerAds Pop traffic source In the campaign editor, click + New Traffic Source and pick the PropellerAds Pop template. It fills in the click ID, cost and 10 tracking macros.
  2. Paste your aid and tid into the postback Copy aid and tid from the Tracking section in PropellerAds. Turn on Traffic source postback URL and replace both REPLACE values. Keep {external_id} and {payout}.
  3. Copy the campaign URL Set the cost model to Not Tracked so ClickFlare uses the per-visit cost from the URL. Add your offer, save and copy the campaign URL from your own domain.
  4. Launch and test in PropellerAds Create an Onclick campaign and paste the URL as the Target URL. Use Test conversion to create a test banner, then check Logs → Postback Status in ClickFlare.
