RollerAds feeds and zones, measured on real conversions

ClickFlare reads RollerAds' {clickId}, cost and 10 macros, including zone and feed, from the campaign URL. Each conversion goes back to your personal RollerAds postback by S2S, so CPA Goal bidding learns from the same conversions you see in ClickFlare.

Feed RollerAds' CPA Goal bidding the right conversions

Feed and zone in every report

RollerAds recommends passing the Feed ID, and the template does, along with {zoneId}. Exclude or bid up zones and feeds based on conversions.

CPA Goal gets real signals

CPA Goal and CPA optimization need a postback. ClickFlare sends the conversion you choose, so RollerAds bids on the step that pays.

Device and network breakdowns

Device, browser, OS, country, ISP and carrier all arrive per click. Find the push and OnClick segments that convert and narrow targeting.

clickId in, click_id back to your RollerAds account

Connected in four steps

You need a RollerAds account with access to its Tracking tab, a ClickFlare offer that posts conversions back, and your own tracking domain.
  1. Create the RollerAds traffic source In a new campaign, click + New Traffic Source, search roller and pick the RollerAds template. It fills externalId={clickId}, cost and 10 tracking macros.
  2. Copy your postback values In RollerAds, open the Tracking tab and copy your personal postback URL. The two values after /aid/ are your account number, then your tracking key.
  3. Finish the postback Turn on Traffic source postback URL and replace REPLACE_WITH_ACCOUNT_ID and INDIVIDUAL_ACCESS_TOKEN. If your RollerAds host differs from eu.rollerads.com, use yours.
  4. Launch and test Set Cost Model to Not Tracked, paste the campaign URL into RollerAds' Target URL field, and run the test in the Tracking tab. Check Logs → Postback Status for a real click_id.
