ClickFlare sends its click ID into Checkout Champ as the c2 sub-affiliate value. When an order is placed, a postback pixel on your affiliate profile returns [c2], [orderTotal] and [orderId] to ClickFlare. No checkout script, and ad blockers don't affect it.
One pixel per Checkout Champ campaign. Rebills aren't sent.

Separate upsell tracking
Checkout Champ orders, split by sale and upsell
Unaffected by ad blockers
The connection is server to server. Nothing runs on the checkout pages, so ad blockers can't stop a sale from reaching ClickFlare.
Upsells as their own column
A second pixel with [productTotal] and ct=upsell reports each accepted upsell at its own value, without counting the front end twice.
Template fills the macros
The Checkout Champ template pre-fills [c2], [orderTotal], [orderId], [emailAddress] and [phoneNumber], so you type no tokens.

c2 in the checkout URL, [c2] in the pixel
The offer URL carries affId and c2={cf_click_id} into Checkout Champ, which saves the click ID on the order. The affiliate's postback pixel returns it as [c2]. Checkout Champ macros use square brackets, ClickFlare tokens use braces.
Click ID stored as the c2 sub-affiliate
txid=[orderId] deduplicates orders
Upsells need a unique txid like [orderId]-upsell

You need Checkout Champ access to CRM, Affiliates and CRM, Campaigns, a ClickFlare account and your own tracking domain.
Add the Checkout Champ template In Affiliate Networks, click + New, search check and pick Checkout Champ. Choose your own tracking domain, keep S2S Postback URL and copy the postback. Add ct=sale if you use custom conversions.
Create the offer Create an offer from your Checkout Champ checkout URL and append affId=YOUR_AFF_ID&c2={cf_click_id}. Write the token with its braces.
Create the campaign Pick a traffic source, redirect or direct tracking, an optional lander and the Checkout Champ offer. Use the campaign URL in your ads.
Create the affiliate profile In Checkout Champ, go to CRM, Affiliates and click +. Copy the generated Aff Id into the offer URL and add c1 and c2 under Passed Values.
Add a pixel per campaign In the profile's Pixels, add one for each Checkout Champ campaign: CPA Pixel, Fire after page All offers, Pixel type Postback and the ClickFlare postback URL.
